What Is The Same On Both?
How it is worn (around the neck, electrodes on both sides), the need for conductive gel, the app, the programs, the warnings (not for people with implanted electronic devices) and the category: both are general wellness products, not medical devices. Shipping is free on both, and neither ships to every country, so check yours before ordering.
Does The Battery Difference Matter In Real Life?
It matters more than it sounds: a device that needs charging less often is one less thing standing between you and a daily session. If you use the device once a day, the Lite needs charging roughly four times a month (around a week per charge, according to the Pulsetto FAQ), while the FIT needs it two to three times (up to about 12 days per charge, according to its offer page). If you use it twice a day, the gap doubles.
For occasional use (a few times a week, or only on stressful days), the difference shrinks to almost nothing, and the Lite's battery is plenty.
Is A Bundle Worth It?
Both versions are sold in 1, 2 and 3-unit bundles, and the per-device price drops with each step. On the offer pages in November 2026:
| Bundle | Lite total | FIT total |
|---|---|---|
| 1 device | $239 | $269 |
| 2 devices | $358.50 (about $179 each) | $403.50 (about $202 each) |
| 3 devices | $478 (about $159 each) | $538 (about $179 each) |
A bundle only makes sense if more than one person will genuinely use a device, for example a partner or a family member. Electrodes touch the skin and gel is applied every session, so sharing one device between people is less practical than it sounds. If it is just for you, buy one.
Which One Is Better For Travel?
The FIT. On a one-week trip it will usually last the whole time without packing the charger, and the two extra pads in the box give you spares if one wears out on the road. Pack a small tube of conductive gel either way, since you need it for every session.
Who Should Skip Both?
Choosing between Lite and FIT only matters if a neck device is right for you in the first place. Skip both if you have a pacemaker, an implanted defibrillator or any other implanted electronic device: Pulsetto's own FAQ says it is not recommended in that case. Ask a doctor first if you have a heart rhythm condition, epilepsy, very low blood pressure or are pregnant. And if you have never tried the free techniques (slow breathing with a long exhale, cold water on the face, humming), give them two weeks before spending money: our free vagus nerve exercises guide walks you through each one with exact timings. If they help but you keep forgetting them, that is the strongest reason to buy a device.
Which One Should You Buy?
Choose the FIT if you plan to use it every day, travel with it, or hate charging devices: the longer battery and the extra pads pay for the difference over time. Choose the Lite if you are trying vagus nerve stimulation for the first time and want the lower entry price.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the FIT work better than the Lite?
The core stimulation is delivered the same way, through the neck, controlled by the same app. The FIT's advantages are practical: longer battery, extra pads, an additional wave mode and wireless updates. There is no evidence that one produces stronger results than the other.
Is the app the same for both?
Yes. Both use the free Pulsetto app with its stimulation programs. The optional Premium tier is a separate purchase for either version.
Do both have the same return policy?
Yes: 30 days from delivery, returned in the original packaging, with the buyer paying the return label. Keep the box until you have decided.
